London is the best

There is so much cool stuff in London. We saw lego land. And I saw my friend called Joshua. We have been playing at the park a lot and doing heaps of walking. London is a huge city. There is a lot of museums here, and we went to the British Museum. And we saw heaps of mummies from Egypt. We saw a lot of statues from ancient Greece. Some things were six thousand years old! We saw the first coins and money from around the world, and we even got to touch it. One from Greece was made from bronze, and it was large and very heavy. We also went to see the sunken cities of Egypt. These cities are all underwater and they are just discovering them. The cities were built on muddy land so it sunk thousands of years ago. They are just discovering it.

I got a new book and I read all of it. We got it from Waterstones with Joshua and Levi. I will buy a new book.

this was in a shop and mr bean was in the car. It was really cool because it had the british flag on it. In this shop there was heaps of english flags.

This is Big Ben and the London eye. We haven't been on the London eye yet. I thought Big ben was going to be bigger. It wasn't as big as I thought it would be.

This is the Queens house in London. It is really huge, but most of the museums here are bigger.

This is the National Gallery. This had lots of old paintings - and they looked really good. They were very fancy and it looked like everyone was rich in the old days so they had fancy clothes.  There was no photography back then, so they had to paint it very well. I saw lots of portraits of kings and queens. A portrait is a painting of a person, usually a head of a person. Only rich people could get paintings done of them.

We had lunch in the park. I fed the duckies and pigeons. We had a lot of bread to feed them. I thought I had a big pet duck, so i tried to feed it a lot so it would follow me, but it didn't work out in the end.

This is one of Pablo Picasso's paintings. I can't believe I could see one of his paintings! This was real, not a copy.  This is a portrait. This is more of an abstract face.  I don't really like the painting because he used his imagination too much. It looks funny.

This is real roped up hair. The people in India got there chopped off and gave it to the artists so she can make an artwork. It was really gross. 

This is me at the park. Dad is tickling me. I fell on the dirt. I play on the zip line a lot. Hugo went on with me. I went on by myself and I went too fast.
