Artists' Treehouse: It was amazing!

Just returned from a wonderfull stay in the treehouse - it was amazing! Although Port Douglas is a very charming, calm and safe place to be, we spent most of the time in the house - sitting at the table in the kitchen window just talking, listening to music, eating nice meals and having fun. Just enjoyed being inspired by all the beautifull art, the sound of the birds, the palm trees right there and the nice climate - simply loved it! The house with the shared pool (although we were almost the only ones there), offered everything we needed. The day trip to Hartleys Crocodile Farm was perfect for the kids (aged 9 and 11) and so was swimming in the Mossman Grove. But best of all was the snorkel tour with Sailaway to Low Isles - couldn't be better! Had lunch at Cafe Barbados in the Marina - cozy seating, great view and fantastic pizza!
